Tate has been working with the ESU since 2024. Prior to joining the ESU, Tate was an elementary school teacher. His experience provides invaluable insight into the unique challenges faced by students and staff in educational settings. Tate is a dedicated mental health clinician committed to supporting the emotional well-being of students and staff.  Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, Tate helps students develop coping skills, build resilience, and improve their overall mental health. 

When not working, Tate enjoys spending his time with his family on the farm and spending time with friends. He enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, spending time outdoors, working out and cooking.
