Kelly Mullins Garcia has been a member of the ESU staff since 2019. Kelly is a Spanish teacher who works with students to show them how wonderful language learning can be. Kelly is particularly interested in Comprehensible Input and creating engaging presentations for conferences.

When not working, Kelly enjoys reading, sewing, home improvement and helping animals in need. Kelly’s most recent rescue pet is Topaz, a quarter horse mare.
