During this meeting, ESU 5 staff worked together to refine key aspects of the school improvement process.
A major focus was the establishment of ESU 5’s mission, vision, and core values and beliefs—essential elements that guide work with schools and students. This collaborative effort sets the stage for creating a shared direction and fostering alignment in educational goals.
In addition to the strategic planning discussions, the meeting included an important data analysis component. We began the process of reviewing our data to better understand current performance and identify areas for growth. This process will ultimately help ESU 5 set informed, actionable goals for the upcoming months and years.
